After we have received your completed questionnaire we will need to have
a short telephone interview with you so that we may ask you a few necessary
(yes/no) questions to add to your basic information and with regard to your
payment(s). We will then send your documents in an email - ready for signing - within the hour. You will simply sign them and send them back. If you
are calling outside of business hours, we will contact you the next day.

(Or if you prefer, we will send hard-copy documents to you by express mail and you
should receive them on the next business day.)

The documents you will receive: will include the first court-filing document,
that being the Divorce Application, and our Service Agreement - both of
which you will simply sign and send back. And you will also receive a receipt
of payment and an Information Page setting out exactly how your divorce will
proceed to completion from thereon in.

Is there anything else I have to do? About six weeks later we will contact you with regard to going to swear your Affidavit for Divorce before a (conveniently located) commissioner of oaths and paying your last fees. And that's it - we take care of the rest!

*At the end of this proceeding you will receive your sealed, original
copy of your Divorce Order issued under the signature and seal
of the Registrar of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario.
